Processing Time

All orders are processed within [3-7] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
Because our items are handmade and/or one-of-a-kind, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, large orders, or for custom items. If there is a significant delay, we’ll reach out to you directly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Heat-Sensitive Body Products

Some of our body products (including soaps, balms, lotions, and other natural items) are heat-sensitive and may soften or sweat during warm weather.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • We are not responsible for melting or texture changes caused by heat during transit

  • Melted items are still safe and effective to use

  • We recommend bringing packages inside promptly after delivery

If you have concerns about shipping during hot weather, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery along the hwy 169 corridor from Talala to South Tulsa.

  • Local delivery rates and availability will appear at checkout

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated after purchase

Farmers Market Pickup

We offer free local pickup at select farmers markets we attend.

  • Available pickup locations and dates will be listed at checkout

  • Orders must be picked up at the selected market/date

  • Unclaimed orders may be refunded minus processing fees or held for a future pickup at our discretion

Handmade & Upcycled Items

Please note that upcycled and handmade items may have natural variations, making each piece unique. These variations do not affect shipping eligibility but are part of what makes each item special.
