Large and Custom Order Policy

Please understand, this is a SMALL operation, and I make these products in SMALL batches to control the quality. 

If you would like to order more than 10 of the same item or are requesting a custom order, there will be a delay in fulfillment because I will be busy handmaking YOUR actual order. 

• Soap and shampoo bars require an extra 10 days to cure before packaging and shipping.
• Beeswax wraps may require up to 10 additional days in order to source a large amount of appropriate fabric or custom fabric. 
• Reusable shopping bags are a limited run item. Please contact me and discuss the larger or custom order you are interested in, so that I can assess if I will be able to accommodate you and how long it may take. 

If you would like to purchase a larger amount of soap, shampoo bars, beeswax wraps, or reuseable shopping bags that you plan to distribute to others as gifts for a specific occasion/holiday, I will need a 3-week lead-time to assure that I can source all of the necessary materials, make the items, and allow for curing (if applicable) before your special occasion. The best option is to use the contact page, email me bekinderfarm@gmail.com or DM me on any of my social media accounts and discuss your potential order and the timing.

Please note that once a custom order has been discussed, confirmed, and payment has been made, there will be no cancellation, returns, or refunds for the custom order.
